4. When did this start happening?
As soon as I enter the Dugar system I get one of my scientist to get to work on the Dugar IV research project (the place where Keides, one of the legendary paragons, "spawn" but as soon the project is about to finish I get hit with a crash.
5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
This save only. I did this special project before in another save but it succeed without a problem.
7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?
I changed scientist to research the project but it didn't work.
Edit: I can't attach any pictures cause the game crashes every time but I have send the error through PlayStation. Hope it helps.
