Game Lag Since 1.7.x....

I am unable to play game since 1.7.1....1.7.5. After the Launcher when main game starts it takes seconds for a click or keyboard input to take effect. Disabled and unsubscribed all the mods, deleted my documents paradox folder, reset all graphics settings to lowest but it is same. I then again tried to install fresh Windows 11 and still the same issue. My hardware is AMD Ryzen 7950 and AMD Radeon 7900 XTX with 64 GB RAM on Windows 10. Even trying to select a country takes seconds at start of game. Any keyboard input or mouse input is just same lag. I am playing game since past seven months without any issue.
Let's say I started fresh as Sikh Empire. Selecting any technology or even tech tree Windows to open will take seconds and selecting any technology will again take more time till the time tooltip does not close for each.
I opened military tab and selected upgrade all units. the button stays pressed for 3 seconds and then hides itself. Clicking the close button takes again 2-3 seconds to take any effect.
Even zoom in and out comes like jittery lag.

1. Disabled and Unsubscribed to all Mods
2. Verified all the files from Steam
3. Deleted My Documents folder and then started the game to reset all settings

Right click on victoria3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.


If those don't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here. IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up. Thanks.

This is frustrating because this is also happening to me. The only way to continue the simulation is to save, exit and reload....and then abotu 5 minutes in the lag repeats...especially after a save
