I would say it is the Buggy VIA drivers you are using.
VIA driver are known to be buggy, I do not know if you can switch to native windows drivers with NT?
 
Sorry I do not know enoug about NT to know if you can change to native driver, let me have jpd take a look, he is the expert on these drivers.
 
Usually you hit the delete key when the system is booting up, basically as soon as you hit the power button start hitting the dellete key until the CMOS/BIOS screen pops up.
 
Is there not some branching menus or options under the advanced tab?
