hi i think it a good ggame but my siter say that the graphics are bad but i said it not the game it my pc

Please attach here the game logs:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Dxdiag? If you are on Windows you certainly do, it's part of the OS.

However this is your problem:

GPU Intel(R) HD Graphics

The game will never run properly on this hardware, which is well below the minimum requirement for this game.

it works well on my pc on low perset its is 30 to 60 fps and on ultra preset its 3 to 7 fps

The bad graphics you mention in your OP here are due to running on unsupported video hardware.
