Game speed tracker not changing colour on pausing during event

Description​

In early versions, the game speed tracker's 5 squares got grey stripes when an event paused the game while you were playing, and importantly, turned fully red when paused manually while the event was still open. This made it legible if the game was going to keep playing when a decision was made. This feature no longer works.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Play game normally
2. Wait for an auto-pause event
3. Press spacebar or click the pause button
