I've noticed that you can achieve a higher game speed when playing on multiplayer compared to single player. (If you compare Extremly fast between MP and SP then MP can get much faster)
So my question is why is it like this? Can I start a MP game when only I is going to play it, cause the start button is faded when you're alone in the MP game so you can't start it. Is there a way around it or is there a way to disable it?

Thanks!

Greetings Zloodie!

Single player (SP) is for one human player against the computer.
Multi player (MP) is for two or more human players against each other.
I would guess the game developers designed it to work this way and that is why a single player cannot start a MP game. Of course, you know all that and are likely curious I'm guessing.

There is a multi-player sub forum here. Ask your question again on that forum. You may get a better answer there, than what you'll get here.

Thanks for the reply Red Jacket.

Well my problem is that I want to achieve the same maximum game speed in single player as in multiplayer. So that the waiting (for techs, building etc) in the peace years doesn't take that long time. Have you experienced that the MP games is faster then SP?

I will post the Q in the multiplayer sub-forum too, thanks.
