Game will not start. 64 bit problem?

Here is the log. The install went fine, when I start the game, I get a splash screen saying the game is loading then I get a windows box saying the program has stopped working.

Vista 64 bit
i7
6 GB ram
GTX 285 - Latest Drivers

Try starting straight from the installation folder and check the Windows DEP-settings with the instructions in the troubleshooting
