Game won't start from the Launcher after the latest update(1.9.0.3)

When I try to start the game I Get the following error:

I tried to start the game both from steam and standalone from the launcher, also unistalled it multiple times.

I also tried the following steps recommended by chatgpt:

1. Remove game-specific files created by the launcher. For Crusader Kings III, you will need to delete the following files or folders, if they exist, from the game’s data directory:
   • .launcher-cache
   • content_load.json or dlc_load.json (depending on game)
   • game_data.json
   • mods_registry.json (optionally, also delete the mods folder)
   • newsfeed
2. Uninstall the launcher and remove its settings files. On Windows:
   • Go to Add or Remove Programs and uninstall “Paradox Launcher v2”
   • Exit the Steam app entirely
   • Delete the following files or folders, if they still exist:
     1. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Paradox Interactive\launcher-v2
     2. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Paradox Interactive\launcherpath (should be gone)
     3. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Paradox Interactive\launcher-v2 (should only contain logs)
3. Launch the game (on Windows, run steam.exe as the Windows Admin user first)

If you run eu4.exe directly from file explorer, do you see Windows error 0xC0150004 ? If so that seems to indicate a Windows problem. Please try this repair tool

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .
