Gamebreaking HRE bug in Sweden -> Scandinavia

Hi,

Today I was playing as Sweden in the new 1.34 update with the intention of forming Scandinavia. I managed to dismantle the HRE, but a couple of moments later I found out that the HRE was reborn as SOMEHOW Switzerland became part of the Empire and provinces in the Baden region became part of the HRE.

Now I can't complete the missions called "Handle the Empire" (Scandinavia) and the religious mission with 80% of force limit and "Less than 1 members in HRE" as conditions.

What am I supposed to do?

It might have something to do with your mods. But since you are playing a modded game and can't get achievements anyway, you can add a new decision or event with the effect "dismantle_hre = yes" to really dismantle the HRE. The attached file should work if you just drop it in the decisions folder of the game or a mod or in documents/pdx/eu4/decisions/ . After enacting the decision, you can remove the file again.
