Grand Tour Vassals Leave they court before arriving to their realm

Description​

During grand tour activity, you are only to select county destinations where your vassals are not outside in another event or leading an army. Which is fine.
Nevertheless, once the tour is on route, suddenly more often than not, the vassal ruler decides that is a good moment to go to a raid (leading an army) or go to another activity.
Arriving at the court when no one is there triggers the event where you could consider this as an insult for not receiving you with a right to take their titles.
I think this not coded as should be, once you planned the route of the tour (because your vassal is home), they should not be allowed to go to another activity or go to raid if there was already a commitment. Then, once you arrive, your vassal gets an event where he could decide if open the gates for you or not, which may trigger the event described before.
Also if for any circumstance, the ruler have to go because of war, or defend from a raid, etc. You should be received by the regent instead.
This leads me to the next topic, every time a rulers is leading an army, your regent should take over during the time being.
