Graphic problems with patch

I recently installed both the beta patch and TASS, and when I opened it the frames seemed to be messed up and I couldn't see quite a few things. At first I thought it was the mod but vanilla with the patch has the same problem.

Everything looked fine before, but now I get this. I'm running it on Windows 7 but like I said, it was fine before the patch.

You either haven't installed Deus Vult or you have installed Deus Vult incorrectly.

You need to install Deus Vult on top of Crusader Kings. Deus Vult shouldn't be there as a separate folder.
