Description​

Routing Lesser storm spirit in range 3 is not recognized as valid target for Warlock hero's "Bend broken will" even though it should be

Steps to reproduce​

1. Have warlock hero with "Bend Broken will" skill unlocked (in my case Eldritch Sovereign ruler)
2. Get into fight
3. Get unit to "routing" morale level
4. Move to get in range of the skill
5. See the result from the screenshot - no valid targets found UI message for "Bend broken will" skill
