Grimacing Planet Bug?

Hey, not sure if this is a bug, but it was posted in the main forum and I experienced it as well. So, before it gets overlooked there because of the onslaught of post-release threads and posts, I thought I'd bring it up here.

Can anyone tell this how this actually works? It tells me if I spend 200 energy credits that there's a 50 percent chance to terraform this planet. When that 50 percent chance succeeds you get a limited window (90 days) to research the project. But when I research it nothing happens. I don't get any pop-up saying this or that happened. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Same happened to me actually. Though, I wasn't sure, does the 50% chance apply to getting the event that gives you the event for the special project, or does the 50% apply to the success chance of the special project and therefore nothing happens?

Anyway, there should definitely be some form of feedback as to what exactly happened.
