for a couple of days, I've noticed that my guards aren't using the CCTV monitors or door control systems, which was weird cause I have a bit over 80. so, after a quick peek into the jobs section, I discovered cooks were queueing to do it instead. I've gotten way more cooks then a prison the size I'm playing in would need and yet they are always too busy to use the CCTV monitors/door control systems.
