Hey guys,
My hard drive crashed two days ago. I had my unlocking passwords for both Arma and DD stored in my email... which is now conveniently inaccessible. Is there any way to plea my case to Paradox to get a new copy preferably free of charge?

CD Cracked

I have a similar problem. I bought the Anthology and have been playing Hoi2 DD for a while. Now I wanted to install Armageddon, but found out that my cd has been cracked in half...
I have the authorisation codes and even working DD installation, but would want the Armageddon. Is there any place to get it from (apart from a new copy from the store...)?

I bought a new copy of Doomsday and Armageddon. The codes don't work, and I'm pretty frustrated with Paradox right now for not answering any of the many support avenues I have used. I feel pretty justified in pirating the game, because it's ludicrous to have to buy a digital download game again, when the old codes and new codes didn't work, but I'd prefer not to, because I like the company. Anyone have any suggestions?

the paradox support is absolutely useless. i remember emailing them when i first got doomsday and their amazing scenario editor buggered up the game. they just didnt answer, which ironically is how i found these amazing forums.

I've emailed support@paradoxplaza.com. I bought the game at macgamestore.com, not Gamersgate. I've also tried the Virtual Programming support site, they haven't replied back. And I've posted here. I've found a workaround, but it's extremely obnoxious - all I do is turn off the internet while I'm playing the game, and cancel any update to ARMA 1.3. It's getting aggravating, and it's a lesser quality version. Should I just not buy Swedish software anymore?

it isnt their fault that you lost the codes and stuff. though it is most certainly their fault for having what is effectively a fake support email address. i wouldnt give up on paradox - for all their faults they make bloody good games. i'd suggest buying the game on ebay, installing it then selling it on again, and just resign yourself to paying for armageddon or whatever it was. its not too expensive.

The issue is that I had already resigned myself to buying another copy of both Doomsday and Armageddon, which I have done, and that the new passwords don't work, and no one is responding on any support line.
