Having Trouble With Multiplayer

How can I start/join a game? When I get into multiplayer (while connected on the internet mind you) it says enter IP address over the internet option. Who's IP address? Okay, what is an IP address?!? Isn't there just a room that you can enter where you can meet others to play or do you have to have certain 'IP addresses' (whatever the Hell those are).

I also have another question. When you sign peace, how long is it until you can delcare war again with out getting the -5 stability from the previous signing?

endeavor, ask anyone for there IP its a 4 code number. like 111.222.333.444. to get you ip, go to Run, and type Winipcfg. So if i wanted to play EU with you, I would Tell you my IP , and when that window popped up....you would put the IP number i gave you. then we connect to each other and play..............




Unfortunately i wont be playing bacause im off for a week. Maybe ill email you this Friday, and see if we can hook up and play that weekend
