As in the title, the Heavy Armor V Tech gives +20% defense, as opposed to +30%. This is actually a downgrade from IV Tech, which gives +25%. Seeing as similar techs all have a linear progression, with +30% at level 5, I believe this is a bug.
Also, I can't help but notice a lack of family relation modifiers. I get a +5 to same dynasty from my character's son, but no acknowledgement of their father-son relationship. Same thing with wives, grandchildren, etc. Is this working as intended?
EDIT: On the family relation modifier issue, it seems I didn't notice the 'personal diplomacy' modifier. My mistake.
