The youngest son, instead of the eldest seems to get it. Had it twice where the second of two sons inherit and his elder brother becomes the next heir. Once where the 3rd son inherited it.

The Kingdom does, yes.

The Barony of Errol in Gowrie, Scotland has Agnatic Gavelkind. This is the one where the 3rd son inherits first. The others all seem to be Agnatic Primogeniture. Either way though the first son should inherit a single title?
