[HELP] - adding a category to the outliner

"I would like to add a category ( by "category" I mean something like "Civilian fleets" or "Disabled Alerts" )

Any Ideas where to start?

I added a child to "guiTypes" in "interface/outliner.gui" but it doesn't seem to do anything..."

You probably can not. The paradox user interface is not very flexible when modding.

Often you can not add new elements. Only rearrange already implemented ui elements.
