Trying to get the new zoroastrian achievement and this is persia at the same time. I try to do it as Ajam. Forming persia and conquering is no big problem. But i don't seem to be able to get enough Zoro rebels to switch religions. I take yazd from Timurids and get rebels to spawn. They conquer like 6 provinces including my capital and then get their demands but that is not enough to convert my country. Next rebellions just conquer the same provinces and then get what they want without being sufficiently large for conversion.
Is there any advice besides devving those provinces to death or shrinking my country that could help me to convert?
