help dlc problem

I was playing the game with all major dlcs + ruler designer + customization pack +ultimate portrait pack, whn i closed the game I later returned, and it says all the dlcs are inactive, and I cant use them help

Do they show in your Steam Library as installed OK? In the game launcher DLC tab?
