Help editing the Game

Hello.
What I want to do is edit how much starting money one has on hand when starting a new carrier mode game. i just feel the 'seed' money is a bit light after several years of Merc Work, and should be adjusted upwards a bit.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?

What you're looking for is located at \BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\simGameConstants

Also, as it is a json file, you will want to download and use Notepad++ to edit the C bill amount.

I recommend copying the file and storing it somewhere first, so you can experiment with anything else you want to change and not have to go through the file checking process if you happen to break it.
