Help: Leader and Minister

Hello!

I couldn't find a guide on the forum on how to create new leader images.

Here's what I did:
1. Downloaded Blank Gfxs V4 - https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/resource-blank-gfx-files.645555/
2. Opened the Blank Leader and Minister (.psd) file in Adobe Photoshop
3. Opened a new image in Adobe Photoshop
4. Combined the new image with the Blank Leader and Minister (.psd) file in:
Image - Mode - Indexed Color
5. Saved the image as a BMP (.bmp) with 8-bit color depth
6. My image saved at 2.75 KB

Problem:
The 2.75 KB file distorts the image in the game.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem or give me a step-by-step guide on how to make a new leader image?
Need a file with the following properties:
File: BMP (.bmp)
Size: 2.81 KB
Color depth: 8 bit
Resolution: 36 x 50

Its a bit save error.
U have to save pictures in 8bit bmp.
Check the size. With the correct size your pic will have the same data size like any other picture.
