Hello? Anyone!?

I'm having trouble finding out how to create particle effects for the game, this is something a lot of modders will need to know in order to create some really spectacular mods.

The only information i can find about the particle effects editor is that there is a command in game which is

"Particle_Editor"

However when you type that command in the console it gives the following message:

"load a particle effect before running the editor"

however the "particle" command only seems to bring up a debug of all the particles on screen at that time and there is no information on how to load a particle effect for said editor!?

If any stellaris developers could shed some light on this it would be really really appreciated!
Our mod and i think most larger mods will really need this information!

Many thanks in advance

Max Loef

To launch the previewer, create a shortcut to the game's .exe and add the following items to the end of the target line:
-editor -filterfile=previewer_filefilter.txt -mount="C:/stellaris/game/"
Hw2eGGO.jpg

This will launch the previewer and then you can load the particle from there and use the console command for particle_editor
