Hi, anyways i have uninstalled all my mods, and repatched it (I use ARMA V1.2) and so does my friend, and this is thee trouble, his code is VBLV, while mine is GXLV for some reason, can anyone help?

You probably still have some modified file. If you can't find it you'll need to uninstall, delete the game folder, and reinstall.
You can also rename your HoI2 fodler to something else, like "HoI2 Single", open setup from CD and select "Reinstall", this will create a new HoI2, which you patch, and can name as "HoI2 Multi", which you will use in multiplayer. Then your HoI2 Single will be for singleplayer games and you can keep your mods there.
