Why can't I make the High Septon my Court Septon as King of the Iron Throne?
I have not a single Septon available, do I have to revoke a county with a temple in there to get one?

I've been wondering about the high septon too, but fortunately you don't need a landed septon to put one in your court, any male with the septon trait will do. You can create a new septon for your court with the "invite courtier" decision.
