I've had this game installed on my computer for about half a year. When I first installed it and played HoI 2 it worked fine. However, I just tried it again and I keep getting this blinking problem. Every few seconds or so the entire screen will just blink a few times. It's really rather annoying and not exactly good on the eyes either. It doesn't seem to happen in the loading screens for some reason.
I tried uninstalling it and installing it again but I've had no success. Just so you guys know, I'm on Microsoft XP.
