No, that is the last remenant of the Duchy of Normandy AFAIK it has been English/British since 1066

That's right. The French had a crack at it during the Napoleonic wars and failed. I think the only interruption has been German control during the weltkrieg. To the Channel Islands-folk, the Queen is still the 'Duke', ie of Normandy. I believe Sark still runs under the feudal system too, with a seigneur and knights. Weird hangover.

Their is one already made on this thread, it has Andrei Vlasov on it and it has the ROA patch(Russian Liberation Army) with the St. Andrew's Cross.

check your PM for link, Japanese and italian flags are included in the game (the Rising Sun was/is an ensign)

I never heared of these ensings, I thought they are same as national flags...you say german, uk and sssr? could you plz show them?
