Hoi3 Modern day mod?

Hi. I just want to ask modders here, if can someone make a good modern era mod from years 2000 to present? Including Ukraine war... I tried Modern Day Mod and Yamdam, but they are not finished.

It's a very difficult thing to mod using HoI3 as a base because of the systems built into the game.
