Hotfix for 1.3

Hi guys!

I need to install the hotfix for v1.3 but don't know which of my HOI2 folders to unzip to. Can't really download 1.3b as am currently on analogue only connection.

Any help appreciated

Are you sure you have 1.3 and not 1.3A?
1.3 Was only available for a short time.
