How can I install the game multiple times?

I want to have the game installed in multiple locations to try different modifications to each. But when I run setup it asks me if I want to repair or remove the current installation.

1. install the game
2. patch and modify it to the version you like
3. move the game to another folder and create a shortcut
4. insert your disk, click on install and chose "repair"
