How do i become a crisis please ?

I cant pick Behemoth Fury as a wilderness empire as the latest patch notes say you can. The wilderness origin block all ascensions path except: Purity

So what am i doing wrong ? Clearly i must misunderstand how you are becoming a player crisis work. Never tried it before. I thought it was an ascension path, but i cant see it when i play wilderness origin. And I cant figure out how to become a wilderness without taking that origin.

Could any please be so kind to explane to me like i am an 5 year old in steps what i must do ?

I don't know about Behemoth Fury specifically, but in general becoming the crisis means a few things: first, you need to be independent and not be the galactic custodian/emperor. Then you need to take the relevant ascension perk assuming you meet the requirements, which vary. It's not an ascension path so you can go for say Purity and then become a crisis and there would be no problem.

After that, the only next step is to have fun (and beat the game as the crisis)

It's an ascension perk, not an ascension path. IIRC it must be at least your 3rd (maybe 4th?) perk taken.

That's not a player crisis. And I don't use mods, if you're talking about that.

I have played against it too many times. It showed up way too often early on in this game's life.
