How do I get read of the "ruled_years = ___" thing?

I used to be able to just go in landed titles, and change it to zero and that fixed it, but now I can't find it anywhere. It literally ruined my game as a jarl in England as one of the sons of Lodbrok. I went on a conquering spree, just conquering everyone, and not really caring about prestige, was able to conquer most of england, but now I can't create the kingdom, which sucks because I have like 5-6 duchy titles. So my vassals all hate my guts, my council hates me, and I can't alleviate it by handing out duchies because they'll all be independent. Can't creat my kingdom either because I need to wait 5 entire years.

Anyone know how to get rid of this? I know it was put in there for balance reasons most likely, but I can't stand hard limits like that >__>.

I use the console to get around it if I need to. So, in your case: give_title k_england (charid)

Also trying to find this, searched through the mod files and have yet to find the txt defining the conditions to create a kingdom.

If I simply console it to myself, it switches all the laws to defautl, and I have to set them back, incurring pretty hefty penalties.
