Lets say i have all the sound files from Mechwarrior3 and i want them to be used ingame. how do i do this?

For the weapons, there are a few MW4 sound mods on Nexus Mods - I'd suggest looking at one of those and then try to apply the MW3 sounds to it in a similar fashion.
For voicepacks... that way lies insanity.

ya only the weapons. i had all the voice files at one point from the entire game but unfortunalty those have become lost to time and 3 computers and many reformats and failures
there are a couple of mods on nexus one being the mw4 weapons and there is a loading music mod
