  • Stellaris
I have a paradox launcher and cannot use steam. I bought the game Stellaris on steam and due to reasons, I cannot play it on steam. A have linked my steam account to my paradox account but when I open the launcher it still says that I have no games. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

That's the best place to get answers for this sort of thing.

I've found some answers by reading the threads but if you can't find yours then make a new thread there. (Or ask a mod to move this one.)

Can you open Stellaris directly from inside your Steam Games folder on your computer?

On windows, the folder is at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\

Strictly speaking, the version bought on Steam is only meant to be playable via Steam.

By accident, more or less, the game and some of its content will show in our launcher in standalone mode. All you'd have to do is link your Steam and Paradox accounts and run that launcher from Paradox Launcher.exe directly, and install the game there.

I don't know of any reason why that wouldn't be working for you, if you've done that.
