How to activate the Tax Setting in the IGCConfig?

Hello all together,
lurking around the forums for some times and getting a lot of answers here.
Now i have a question to which i couldn't find an answer yet:

In the IGCConfig i cannot change the Taxsetting Pulldownmenu

Could anybody explain me how to activate this?

(i have executed the patch.exe!)

Most likely the tax_Stab file is write protected. U have to change its properties. It's in the EU db folder.

... Manager is right - you should change file attributes. You can see in the IGCConfig background that the program cannot access (or something like that)tax_stab file.
