How to figure out exact amount of troops you have?

I was looking at hoi2 forums and noticed a chart that showed exactly how many troops he and other countries had....

How did he do this? Is it a game feature?

Also, I never find a lack of manpower a problem? What about you?

Look on the Statistics tab in the game.... there are several reports there that display what you are looking for.

It very much depends which nation you play as, some nations you will struggle unless you manage your production etc effectively

I have played as germany, ussr, usa, uk, italy, japan, belgium, france, turkey, greece, hungary, canada, brazil, iran, and a couple others and have not ever seen a problem with it.... it always goes up within a couple seconds :s

Then you're not building a lot of troops as others then. Some people build armies where that becomes a problem.
