How to make a prop?

Please, someone can explain me how to create a prop, assign it to a category in decoration props UI and reuse it inside a building asset?
Tried and tried again and can't make it work. I can save my prop but then I'm not able to find it anywhere.

So, everyone is making buildings not props?
I really would like to model reusable decorations elements; maybe more than modding buildings itself. But it seems impossible to save into categories so I dont know how they could show up in the decorations props UI.
Someone did it, and he said it appeared automatically under parks decorations.

So, how props mods are supposed to work ?!

For now they only appear under park equipment. All props I have imported so far have been automatically categorized under Park Equipment.
