So as we all know Intel Graphics never meant to be able to play Prison Architect as specified in the Game's Minimum Requirements but it somehow was able to at a decent performance until the Going Green update, so this is a workaround for it. But I don't guarantee that it will perform the same as it was before the update!
Note: For those who are not that tech-savvy, This fix is totally harmless and will not damage your PC, you can simply uninstall the Fix in Control Panel if you do not need it anymore.

This can also be an alternative fix for "OpenGL Version not Supported / Stuck at Safe Mode", "Blurry Graphics / Downscaled Sprites / Sprite Sheet Downscaled", "Unplayable at 1-15FPS"
but I recommend trying to Update/Reinstall/Rollback your Graphics Drivers first or Check If you are using your Dedicated Graphics to run Prison Architect if you have one before trying this fix.

Using Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows ADK) to fix OpenGL issues when using Intel Graphics:

1. Get the Windows ADK from its official Microsoft page at learn(DOT)microsoft(DOT)com/en-us/windows-hardware/get-started/adk-install (Replace (DOT) with .)

Does this work for AMD chipsets as well?
I think you can use Mesa3D as an alternative. github(DOT)com/pal1000/mesa-dist-win/releases/tag/24.1.5 (Replace (DOT) with .)
Get the mesa3d-24.1.5-release-mingw.7z file, extract it then run the perappdeploy.cmd then just input Prison Architect's Game Folder then input PA's Binary (Prison Architect64.exe) , input Y if it's x64, input Y for everything else except Mesa Deployment.
