So I usually do an annual world search for geniuses and quick witted people and outside of that, i search for strong. After that I tend to lean towards attractive trait courtiers, and after that I am lost. I tend to get people with congenital traits into my realm and breeding though, so theres more people in the pool and it continues to expand from there. So im wondering how would you guys rank the following traits:

--------------------------------------------------
Agile: Health(+0.5) Personal Combat(+2)

Ambidextrous: Personal Combat(+2)

Attractive: Diplomacy (+1) Fertility(+10%) Attraction(+30)

Calm Voice: Diplomacy(+1) General Opinion(+5)

Fertile: Fertility(+10%) Attraction(+10)

Genius: Diplomacy(+5) Martial(+5) Stewardship(+5) Intrigue(+5) Learning(+5)

Imposing: Martial(+1) Personal Combat(+1) Vassal(+5)

Left Handed: Intrigue(+1) Diplomacy(-1) Personal Combat(+1) Church(-5)

Perceptive: Intrigue(+2) Stewardship(+1) Learning(+1) Personal Combat(+1)

Powerful Voice: Martial(+1) Diplomacy(+1) Personal Combat(+1) Attraction(+5)

Quick: Diplomacy(+3) Martial(+3) Stewardship(+3) Intrigue(+3) Learning(+3)

Silver Tongue: Intrigue(+1) Diplomacy(+1) Attraction(+10)

Strong: Martial(+2) Fertility(+10%) Health(+1) Personal Combat(+2) Attraction(+5) Vassal(+5) Tribal(+5)

Tall: Diplomacy(+1) Personal Combat(+1) Attraction(+5) Vassal(+5)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think thats all of them. My order so far is

1. Genius: obviously
2. Quick: Yeah...
3. Strong: Martial and fertility doe
4. Attractive: That +30 attraction is gold
5. Perceptive: Few other congenital traits target attributes outside of martial and diplomacy so very useful
6. Silver Tongue: Pretty much same as above
7. Powerful Voice: Strong people, little attraction on the side
8. Tall: Good Spread
9. Imposing: Expected more imposing stats. Only here because so few courtiers seem to have it
10. Calm Voice: Nothing Special
11. Fertility: Might as well spring for attractive, same fertility, less attraction, no diplomacy
12. Agile: Literally the same as ambidexterous but with .5 health
13. Ambidexterous: If it was +3 I would consider it a higher priority
14. Left Handed: Two negatives, and other traits do the same thing much better

The sweet times when you get two congenital traits make me so happy

I once got burned after granting a city to an attractive courtier who was not of my dynasty. It's something you definitely don't want to come up against in an intra-realm conflict.

whoa this is from a month ago. Come on people dont tell me you dont love genitals!
FIFY.

Anyway, I think the vanilla congenitals are better from a gameplay perspective due to HIP's ones being more minor/specific and thus not having the same raw tonnage as something like Genius or Strong.
