Summary

HRE succession resets vassals contracts, crown authority, and succession laws

Description

- Formed the Archduchy of Austria (decision, achievement).
- Had the Primogeniture succession, level 4 crown authority, and 0-obligation vassal contracts with march, council rights guaranteed.
- Became Emperor. Failed imperial succession -> Back to my Archduchy. This much was fine.
- However, I now had confederate partition and couldn't return to primogeniture, my crown authority was reset to 2 (the same as the empire), and my vassal contract had reset to normal obligations without any special rights.

Steps to reproduce

- Form Archduchy of Austria (or anything, really).
- Set crown authority to 4.
- Add special rights to your vassal contract.
- Become emperor
- Fail succession (return to vassalage)
- Now: At this point, everything should be reset as in description.
