Due to being overwhelmed by commercial spam we had to place restrictions on new users. Once you get past 5 posts those restrictions will be lifted.

Thank you for your reply. There were no links nor attached files in my post. There were, however, file paths.
Does this very post count as #2?

Yep. You need 3 more, and I believe it's still the case that OT (Off Topic) posts don't count towards that.
