ı opened the ports. i can join if somebody hosts a game but i can not host it myself. why? what can i do?I am from Turkiye. my connection is 512 dsl. i have 2.8mhz cpu, 512 mb ddr ram, 128 vga. help me about this please. thank you.

Maybe you use a firewall that prevent other computer to join yours.
 
no i close all firewalls (software and router) it says (no ip found suc as 84........ please check the ip number and your connection) it is not depends on firewall but i could not find the problem :confused:

BTW, have you tried it out with others joining you?

If no one can't enter your game, it's probably a router issue. Try to open all ports for your PC (set your IP to DMZ for example) and try it again.

If it then works, then some ports which should be open, aren't.

You are changing the internal IP if you are changing the 10.xxxx ip. You should take a look at the stickies at the top of this forum (you can find a link in my signature).

To say it more clearly, your router does not forward the packages through the ports correctly. You need to configure your router, not your pc's IP. Please check the router manual, or post here the name and type of the router (somebody might have the same; or barring that I can try to find the manual on the net).
