I bought EU4 on steam, and whenever I click play on paradox, it says i've opened it for about 3 seconds, and then stops. No pop up, no reasoning why. I assume it has to do with the images below, but I've already tried everything here.

Probably due to having your Documents folder on OneDrive. Are you online, is OneDrive running and syncing okay?
If you didn't actually want your Documents held on the MS servers, you should undo that move in Windows.

Yeah, I realized OneDrive wasn't syncing, so I fixed that, and it still does the exact same thing. Nothing has changed.
Do you still get the Data Access error, in particular? Or things have changed?
