I changed my dynasty name but how do I prevent that CC's are getting my surname?

I wanted to create a whole new dynasty, so I added a new dynasty etc.
But now I am getting 'retards' uhh... I mean country cousins with my surname. How do I prevent that country cousins are getting my surname? I want my dynasty to be pure....

you can prevent random chars with your surname by putting nothing between the province's braces in the definition for your dynasty, but you cant avoid cousins with your surname.

Choose elective inheritance law, and an absolute minimum of country cousins will be generated. Country cousins are generated when a court member dies without an heir; with elective inheritance, the strongest male in your court (not including you, so far as I can tell) will be the heir of your court members.

another question.....
after a while me and my wife had a son...
soon after he was born he died but he has no vanished from court!
He still is there and I can even give him titles etc. He is just a ghost!
How can this have happened?

When I reload my autosavegame it fails to load... just as my old autosavegame.. I quess it is corrupted or something...
