I need help creating a mod to start de jure drift for duchy

Hi, in my previous post, I have asked for and got a mod to create titular duchy.

Now my next goal is to create a mod that will allow the de jure drift, which is only allowed for Kingdoms and Empires in vanilla game,

to start for duchy as well, so I can create one Super Giant Duchy, like Duchy of South Ireland (Munster + Leinster). or of Middle Ireland for Connacht plus meath

Can anyone help me for this project? thanks?

Use the Title Manager mod on Steam, you can rearrange any level of title as long as it is in your realm
