I purchased via early access on introvision but never got a key

Hi everyone as the title suggests i purchased the game very early on in development but can't find any reference to this in my emails and am not to sure how to go about getting my steam key assuming one was issued when it finally arrived on steam. is there a customer support team i can contact?

When we acquired this game the agreement is that the original vendor would provide their customers with a Steam key so they could access our new version of the game.

If you bought the game directly from IV, they sent you a Steam key at the time you bought this game from them. If you can't locate the email that sent you that key, you can recover that key here:

If you get nothing from there still, most likely you used a different email to buy the game from them. Please contact them at support@introversion.co.uk on how to recover your Steam key.


If however you bought the game from some other vendor, it is up to them to supply you with a Steam key. Please contact them.
