Stacking of navies in port hides some on the map

Four fleets from four different owners in the same port - only three are displayed on the map. The fourth is invisible.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
In the screenshot we see (from top to bottom)
* the fleet of Colchis in red (my enemy)
* the fleet of Heniochia in blue (my tribal vassal)
* a pirate fleet based in this port
Right next to the first fleet marker we see the golden marker indicating that I selected my fleet which is also in this port.
