i cant seem to find the code for it in my emails i bought it through amazon on one of there sales and i have it on my account.. is there any way i can get my personal code to add it to steam so i can download it and play it?

Your forum code here does not get you the game. You'll need to contact Amazon to recover access to the game you bought from them.
