ICG install help please

Hello - not sure if this is the right place to post this plea, but apologies if it isn't.

Have followed all instructions on installing and running ICG, but everytime I run the icgconfig file it stops at the point at which it needs to read icg.eug and sort of implies that it isn't in the directory (says it cannot read it and I should check that it is there).

Well it is there...

Can anyone tell this thicko what he's obviously doing wrong?

Paradox Support doesnt officially support the IGC as it is a 3rd party presentation.
However:-
You say you have followed all the instructions on installing the IGC. It would help if you would post a step by step as to what you have done. Obviously you have gone wrong somewhere.
For instance - have you run the "Patch" file that has been placed in the EU directory by the IGC?
Or, have you Patched the game (using the official patches e.g. 1.09) *after* installing the IGC? If so you will need to reinstall the IGC again.

Thanks for your reply I ran the 1.09 first, then downloaded the ICG 2.3 (I think it was). Then followed orders (including the patch.exe). Then tried to run the config and it told me that the icg.eug thingie is missing.

I am useless

Will try it all over again and see if it works this time. Thanks for the reply though.

Might be a good idea to uninstall and try again.
